I’m grateful and excited for the opportunity to captain the NDL side and on a personal level I’m hoping the role will develop my own skills of reading the game in different situations which will help develop my own game. It is also a great opportunity for young players to put their names in the hat for Saturday selection by performing against some decent sides. It would be great if I could get NDCC name back on the cup as Division 1 winners after a few season of being the bridesmaid.
