Welcome all to the long awaited 2025 season. As usual it’s been a long winter but the sun has been shining albeit a little chilly. Instow is looking superb and the pre season friendlies are underway. This is my first season as Captain of the 3’s and I can’t wait to get going. With my vice captain Sam Wormington in place I feel I’m as ready as we can be.

As the 3’s captain I feel very privileged to be in a position to help the North Devon youngsters either continue their league cricket or start their cricket in the 3’s and hopefully make them feel included and be part of a winning team, but most importantly enjoy their cricket with no doubt some of the oldies moaning about how everything hurts.

Hopefully we can get plenty of support up at the beautiful ground in Westleigh it really is appreciated seeing friends and family support us.
