North Devon Cricket Club has an extensive and succesful history. We currently field three teams in the Devon League and one in the North Devon League. Our 1st XI competes at the top of the Devon League Premier division and were deserved winners in 2007 and 2011 and were runners-up in 2009.

Over the years we around proud to boast a number of county and full international players, including Bill and David Shepherd. Ex – Middlesex and Australia opening batsmen Chris Rogers spent part of his early career at Instow as overseas Club Professional. Locally born twins Craig and Jamie Overton have represented North Devon at every level from Colts upwards and currently play professional cricket for Somerset and Surrey respectively, they and have both played for England or the England Lions Team.
