One of my many roles which I really enjoy is working with the U15’s, watching them develop and in many cases to take their first steps into adult cricket. I always try and balance out the teams we put out to make sure everyone across the squad get plenty of opportunities.

It’s fantastic to see that nearly all of the under 15’s played adult cricket last year for the 2’s, 3’s and Tarka Ladies.

There were many fantastic performances throughout the year with bat and ball and in the field, but one of the greatest things for me is seeing how they work together as a team and the camaraderie between them all.
