The 204 was a mixed season for the U15’s in 2024, we won about half our matches, but that doesn’t tell the whole tale. It’s great to win, but it’s not really the main objective of the under 15’s team. Within the team I’ve got a massive range of abilities and I think it’s really important that everyone gets as much of a game as possible.

It’s fantastic to see that so many of the under15’s played adult cricket last year for the 2’s, 3’s and Tarka Ladies, by my count it was there were 9 across all the teams.

There were many fantastic performances throughout the year with bat and ball and in the field, but one of the greatest things for me is seeing how they work together as a team and the camaraderie between them all.
