The U13s had a great time playing cricket last season. We had some nail-biting games in the league, winning more than we lost, as well as a couple of super friendlies against touring teams from Cardiff and London.
As well as some stand-out performances across the season from some of our seasoned regulars (plenty of runs from Freddie, Henry P and Kiaran, and plenty of wickets from Henry R, Joshua, Henry D and Ronnie).
It was wonderful to bring in some new members to the club; both James and Theo have quickly picked up and developed their skills. I was really impressed with how the rest of the squad welcomed and helped them out in training and matches.
The U12s retained the Graham Harris Cup after a hard-fought victory over Braunton in the final. Can NDCC make it three-in-a-row?
