We have simplified the membership options this year, unfortunately with the work that we have had to carry out on the pavilion over the winter fees have had to rise a bit this year, but it’s the first rise in 15+ years! However we continue to to hold our playing membership and match fees from last year.
For clarity – membership entitles members to park at the club on match days, at their own risk.
Here are the various types of membership and the costs. Please note the deadlines for payment.
Senior players – £70.00
Junior players (Under 18 or in full time education) – £40.00
Tarka Ladies & Girls (Waived if Senior or Junior Member) – £10.00
Social Members – £40
Patrons – £50.00
Any Adult or Junior players whose subscriptions are not paid by the 31st of May will not be considered for selection in any team until the fee is paid in full.
We welcome new members of any age so please do download the relevant membership form from the website HERE, contact Dave Rothery on email@example.com or pick up a membership form from the pavilion if you would like to join.
Please note that NDCC is recognised by HMRC as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC). This means that Gift Aid can be claimed on any donation to the club from a UK tax payer (and higher rate tax payers can also claim tax back on any donations made) so long as a Gift Aid form is completed. When you submit your membership form you have the option of purchasing tickets for the Double Nelson Club. This is a means of raising funds for the club and issuing prizes to the lucky winners over the summer. The draw is carried out 4 times a year, with three winners each time.
Each Double Nelson ticket costs £6.00.

This year the Draw will take place in the Pavilion at 9.00pm on the following dates:
Saturday 2nd June £75 and £50 + Attendance £25
Saturday 30th June £75 and £50 + Attendance £25
Saturday 4th August £75 and £50 + Attendance £25
Saturday 1st September £75 and £50 + Attendance £25
Should the scheduled match on any of the above dates be cancelled then the draw will be postponed and take place on the next Saturday an adult game is played at Instow.

Please note that whilst parking is included in your membership, this is for match days only, and vehicles are left at your own risk. Patron membership is at the discretion of the committee.
NDCC is a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) which means it is treated by HMRC as a charity. This means that any donations you make to the club are eligible for Gift Aid. Please complete and sign the attached Gift Aid form and email it to Tony Richards on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can claim the Gift Aid from HMRC and turn every £10 that you donate into £12.50.
